A tiny little shop but big flavour!
The people who served us were super friendly and were nice enough to let us try a few of the sauces before making our final selection.
We were only going to get to have fries once on this trip so we went with the mayonaise and it was really good. Fresh, hot chips slathered in sauce and for something like four euro you can't go wrong.
We sat on the ledge outside and they were a tasty treat! Just a note: on the board it states 'cheddar cheese' which we thought would be actual cheese but it is a cheese sauce. We should have anticipated this but just for potential visitors to know.
Well worth a visit and better than some of the shops...

It tooks me litteraly 20 seconde to go again inside; and then the server told me "it's to late, I called you, now you have to wait...

This one was conveniently open around 8 pm when we went on a Sunday. We had fries in Amsterdam thereafter but none came close to these. The shop was small and unpretentious, and the attendants were friendly and helpful - and even up to recommending sauces. Try the Joppie (pronounced yaw-pee) for a local favorite, or samurai (spicy) for a...
