de winkel van nijntje — Attraction in Amsterdam

❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ DO NOT GO , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE. 가지마세요. 읺죵차볋당햔듯. 썅썅바 It was a horrible and terrible experience. Apparently there is an event where if you spend more than €25 the shop gives you a wooden keychain for free. We already knew about this beforehand and after spending €77 , We saw the key chain and we asked about this. But they said they're selling the key chain for €3 After coming out of the store we saw a sign saying the event information. But while we were reading the sign they SUDDENLY took it away. We went into the store and asked them why were they taking it away while we saw them but the old lady clerk Was very rude and just replied they are changing the products. She rematked that she got an email this morning. (Which other stores did not get) And told us "You can buy it if you want to" WE called the other shop in Netherlands but they confirmed the event was valid in threir shop, amsterdam, online shop all. We told this to the clerk, and they started talking in dutch, pretended to scroll on computer, talked on the phone and handed us a keychain. The part we were most offended?? THEN SHE Snickered "Hope you're happy with 2,95 "and "Poor girls" as we were leaving the store. I We do NOT understand why we were treated in this manner and words and even feel like she was racist to us two young asian girls. Unpleasant way to end our trip in amsterdam. Hope the mifi head store will get two better clerks who dont call their customers...

It was a dream of mine to come to a miffy store ever since I was a little girl, and being able to finally be in one was unbelievable. The store was pretty calm when I came, and I was able to move freely inside. I'm not sure if I just came at a bad time during the week or even day, but I noticed that a few of the versions I see online weren't available in store so I had to get a different version of the one I initially wanted. I also hoped for there to be a few more limited edition miffys since this is their main store, but the only ones I noticed being remotely more different were the crocheted ones. The prices also pained me quite a bit, I wanted to get a few more things, but they're quite expensive, so be aware of that. Overall, I loved coming here, and I hope that if I come back, there are a few more options, and I have...

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at the store the other day! It was time for my son to give up his pacifiers and my son is crazy about nijntje so he suddenly decided to go to the store to give his pacifiers to the "crying baby nijntjes". We walked in, told the woman (wish I got her name) and she immediately picked up the phone to see if there was a crying baby in need of a pacifier. She was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to play along, provided kind words to him and even gave him a little present as a thank you AND sent a thank you card to him IN THE MAIL! Will continue to come back to this store time and time again. Thank you for making an experience I was dreading, a really nice memory! Oh and he also won't let go of the new nijntje lovely...
