Ice cream just ok. Nothing special. However service is rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Place seems dark and border line dirty. Most of all, this place has major Pottential Hygine issues., staff unprotected and dirty operation including touching cash and than ice cream. No gloves, no face cover nothing. Many many more and better places to go for ice cream. Will not be coming back to this one. I don’t actually think they are Italian either. The two working there seem to be speaking Romanian to one another. Main concern there during covid 19. Employee not wearing any protective gear, not musk nor gloves. Touching money. Might add not accept cards so they encourage cash transaction. Two old employees, one of them seems to be sneezing without cover....” the type that make the ice cream in the back and lick their fingers” Stay away. Better places to go to. You latest response clearly further demonstrates you should not be in business. You are deranged individual with poor customer service and zero knowledge of hygiene and health and safety process. The fact of the matter is you got upset because we pointed it out to you about your poor hygiene standards when we were there... and you can’t handle it. You are a pathetic person with poor hygiene A danger to society not only during Covid days but any day. Tell your filthy colleague: husband whatever he is... stop licking your fingers when preparing Ice cream. The customers can see you. Also remember to wash your hands after being to the toilet.... I know it’s strange I should point this out to an adult working in the food industry.... but clearly...

TL;DR: I think the taste was 4 stars. Deducted one star because they only allow me to try one flavour although i ordered two scoops. Deducted two more stars because of their rude reply to my review.

They only allow you to try one flavour and is cash only. The taste wasn’t good enough to make me visit it again.

They replied with very rude attitude saying that I was lying about cash only. Well, when I visited it, they put up a board saying cash only so I checked my wallet before going in. Maybe the machines were broken that day. They also said “I will tell you something about testing, a taste seems enough to me, if you walk into a pizzeria you also ask for a test ? or at another case such as an AH? Don't make me laugh and just go 100 mt further there you can certainly test 20x !!!!” I’m only comparing it with other ice cream shops. I also compare it to some Brazilian fruit shops where they allowed me to try 10 different fruits. I ordered two scoops. In all other ice cream shops I visited, they allowed me to try at least two. I don’t know why they responded to negative reviews about their shortcomings in such sarcasm. Dutch people are usually very friendly, but they broke the image. I have to change my rating...
