As a permanent wheelchair user (T6 Paraplegic) I found the Heineken exhibit easy to get round, the staff are very helpfull, and they must be dedicated to the wheelchair visitors as they are there as soon as you want to move up to the lifts,it's a interesting place, with some interactive parts, there is a rooftop garden, they have a new stair lift platform which nobody seemed to know how to work but we got there eventually.the view is good, we ordered heineken cocktails but they were terrible, and there were lots left on the tables, It's good that they make it accessible for wheelchair though, it's worth a visit and it's in...

De Heineken Experience is een van de best georganiseerde attracties in Amsterdam en combineert geschiedenis, cultuur en entertainment op een slimme manier. Vanaf de entree verloopt alles soepel: tickets scannen gaat snel en het personeel is vriendelijk en alert, zelfs tijdens piekdrukte. De route is logisch opgebouwd – eerst leer je over de oorsprong van het merk en het brouwproces, daarna volgt een reeks interactieve ruimtes met licht, geluid en beleving die duidelijk ontworpen zijn om bezoekers te betrekken.

Het personeel valt echt positief op. Medewerkers spreken meerdere talen, zijn behulpzaam en nemen de tijd om vragen te beantwoorden. Bij de proeverij aan het einde merk je dat de sfeer ongedwongen en gezellig is, maar toch professioneel: biertjes worden goed getapt en er wordt uitleg gegeven over smaak en serveerwijze.

Praktische tip: reserveer online om wachttijd te beperken, want het kan behoorlijk druk worden, vooral in het weekend. Trek ongeveer 1,5 tot 2 uur uit voor de hele rondleiding.
