A small simple restaurant focused on noodles with a few side classics commonly found in streets of Bangkok. A latest in Amsterdam opened just about a month ago. Located in the heart of the city. Simple menu focused on food quality. If you are looking for Thai street style noodles whether stir fried or noodle soup this place has the classics. I have lived in Thailand for 25 years. This place brought me back to Bangkok street noodles. They did not compromise on the recipe. They stuck to fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. The meat balls are in house made. The owners and staff are kind and sweet. They also can make you authentic stir fried basil. Tell them you don't want it with bell peppers and vegetables just basil garlic chilly and stir fried it just like Bangkok. I think it is sinful how many Thai restaurants don't offer authentic Thai stir fried basil. Adding bell peppers ruins the flavor as it dominates the dish over the basil. The basil garlic and chilly had to dominate the flavor of the dish. They will serve it with Thai fried eggs on top. My only recommendation is to introduce Thai papaya salad to eat with the grilled items. All the best to the nk noodle team....

I had an exceptional dining experience at this local Thai restaurant in Amsterdam! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for the evening.

Now, onto the star of the show – the food! Every dish was a masterpiece of flavor. The fried Fish spring rolls had the perfect balance of spiciness and tanginess, and the Kra Pao was simply divine. The chef's expertise in crafting traditional Thai flavors was evident in every bite.

What truly stood out was the freshness of the ingredients. You could taste the quality and care that went into each dish. And for those with dietary preferences, they were incredibly accommodating.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make excellent choices.

This Thai gem in Amsterdam deserves five stars without a doubt. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable offerings. If you're looking for an authentic Thai culinary adventure, this is the...

Iced Thai milk tea is a must. It's not cheap but worth every cent.. Tasted exactly like what I've enjoyed in Thailand.

Did a pad thai seafood and beef green curry takeaway. Pad Thai came with tender squid and prawns. Large egg bites could be found amidst the springy rice noodles.. There was a wokblast taste and umami-ness to them that I just can't forget.

I really did expect for the noodles to be soggy by the time I got home, after 30 minutes in the summer heat, but boy, was I wrong.

I ate half while it was still hot and the other half cold, both times it was beyond delightful. Crushed peanuts and lime accompanied the dish.

Beef green curry was delicious with bitey thin slices of beef, chunks of eggplant, thinly sliced bamboo shoots and beans. Spicy but not over the top and came topped with decently-cooked rice.

Very friendly people working there, I felt like I was back in Thailand, the land of smiles.

Yummy. Can't wait to go back to this eatery.

Toilet was CLEAN and smelt good. Takeaway was perfectly wrapped and I am happy to...
