Möge Tea — Attraction in Eindhoven

Place was located outside the city center mall. Great location, beautifully decorated and fantastic place to chat with friends or whoever you’re with. It’s self ordering via 2 screens ordering system. They don’t take cash, not even to paid .20€ for a carry out bag. Service was only when you have to pick up or pay for extra, my case carry out bag. No greetings or friendly smile. It’s fine. Drinks, I am a fan of Moge tea. I have driven ways and out of my way to just buy drinks from them. I get pretty much the same drink, taro, bc of the purée with boba and coconut jelly. My family is currently living in the Southern Spain and every time we travel, no matter where, I have to find a Boba/bobble tea. I was surprised Moge Tea is here in the NL. Anyways, back to the drink. Tea base was not strong enough, watered down. Boba was fairly good. Purée was pretty nonexistent, though you can see trace of it on the cup. Definitely not that same expectation I have for Moge Tea. I was disappointed. Favor was very faint. Taste more milky with brown sugar from the tapioca than taro. Did I mention, they charge extra .25€ per “new”cup, like we have a choose and it was the same cup as all Moge Tea comes with in the US. Ordered mango drink, wasnt blended thouroughly. The rest of the mango got stuck in my throat the whole time. Small pieces, but annoying.

Brought ours own cups, got charged for new cups, so i asked the worker to refund me 50ct back. I know it was only 50ct, but I could feel that the worker was annoyed with me asking for money back. Then I politetly asked for my invoce, because Im going to split the money with my friends.

The worker there looked soooo annoyed at me, gave me back the paper without even saying annything. No smile, no apologize for charging the wrong cost.
