Ā Ā Ā Read moreLots of natural sunlight, friendly and approachable staff, clean and often see good upkeep and maintenance by staff, great quality equipment.
Would recommend that staff parking was at the back of the building with parking in the front preferred for paying members - like you would see at other businesses for example, a supermarket will have customer parking near the entrance and staff parking further back.
Only thinking of this, as one night all the staff parking spots in the front by the 24 hour entrance was taken, parking in the front by the road was taken and only options left were way at the back which is a good walk up to the gym.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen a regular visitor to St Lukes since it opened in 2020 and always my preferred CF gym but now decided to cancel my membership and move on.
Pros: large gym, plenty of space, multiple machines/equipment bar the 1 smith machine, equipment still relatively new/modern, friendly staff - shout out to the friendly cleaners who do a great job....the cleanest CF I've been to in Auckland.

This low cost model is starting to attract a lower quality of people, those that forget how to put their weights (esp on the leg press and squat racks) & equipment away, need to study personal hygiene, and probably should read up on gym etiquette.
For $7 a week you get what you pay for and it is good value, but for a few extra dollars a week more there's other gyms that avoids these...
