I don’t like to be this person but as I payed nearly 200 dollars I feel as though I should say that I wasn’t the happiest with my appointment, the lash tech I originally booked with couldn’t do my appointment anymore due to personal reasons to which I completley understand, i’m not upset about being put with a different lash tech but I would have assumed I would have been put with a lash tech of the same skill set and/or experience. The lash look that I wanted could not be done to which I don’t quite understand as it is the same process just different lash lengths, The application itself was very uncomfortable, one eye was burning the entire time, she made many mistakes when applying the fans and I knew this because I could feel her (quite rough) picking the lashes off of my natural lashes. I had multiple (2-4+) of my natural lashes glued to one fan extensions causing my eyes to be in pain as my natural lashes are coming to the end of their life cycle causing me to pull them out to cease the pain, which is still painful to pull out. I’m saddened to have to write this review because the lash tech herself was such a lovely person. I am dissapointed to have to write this review as I had heard very good things about Ashley Allen. Hello, Lash-Lovers! I have been so happy with this place for the last few years and Cannot believe that I have not reviewed this place. ASHLEY herself did my first lash extensions and that was a treat. As time passed, I have had excellent work from her team.The consistency cannot be matched. I mean! As I walk in I am greeted with warmth and kindness at reception. My technician, Greets me and Walks me to the booth. I always sneak a selfie by their fabulous Iconic Gold mirror. The process of the extensions is consistent. I have my favourite Tech. I mean DON’T WE ALL? You will have to go find your own.(I have 3 faves) Thank you for my Russians. I also flow between the Natural set and the Medium. As they know I love a good strip lash or two boxes. They always remind me of the aftercare because it’s a must.(some of us need reminding) Cannot Thank you and your team enough for making me look amazing all these years. Especially, during my Desperate Infill moments. At least now you have the Express lashes I can do myself. Ladies, Hand On Heart I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE thus far. I do not recommend. Prior to this booking today, I made an appointment last year which was almost 30 minutes late making me late for my next appointment I had (a facial).

Thought to give them another chance, thinking the last time was just sort of a one time situation. So I booked, paid my deposit, received a confirmation email and text message today for my appointment next Tuesday.

Unfortunately, shortly after all the confirmation notifications, I received a text telling me the person who was going to see me can’t.

So why confirm an appointment and accept a deposit knowing it can’t be done?

Now I have to find another establishment to take me in as I already paid for a babysitter to take care of my two children while I go for my appointment AND my refund isn’t immediate.

To top it all off there was no apology whatsoever! Last time will be using this establishment after two negative...
