Nice cafe atmosphere within the mall, and yes the dish I ordered (French toast with side of bacon) tastes as good as it looks! I was a bit hesitant in paying an extra $6 for the bacon but it was very tasty and of good thickness not the typical "shavings" you often get elsewhere. Server was great too and came over to let me know the kitchen was actually closing (I'd arrived spot on 2pm when kitchen was due to close) but would still take my order! Great service.

Not that impressed to be honest. My coffee was burnt & lukewarm. Service was very good. The table was dirty on arrival but quickly wiped after requesting a cloth. The panini was not a panini but a cheese bun although my husband really liked it. His extra hot was extra hot & his coffee was fine.

My latte..Coffee was the best I've had in years they made it nice milky full coffee I was so pleased that I thanked them for making the best and proper way . When sitting down waiting which didn't take long brought my latte to my table and WOW they had a picture of a HEART IN The top of it was done wiv milk it looked so nice smelled so nice I didn't want to spoil the picture but of course, The, Aroma was so nice I sipped on it I don't take sugar and WOW Belive me I no real coffee and this was the best ever please if you go to the palm's Shirley go to This Cafe you also have a good range of food as well TRY IT IM GOING BACK CHEERS Everyone...

Was absolutely horrified when I ordered my food and the food was unsatisfactory, the apple pie was cold even though I asked them to heat it up. the coffee was way to sweet, and the bacon and cheese scone i had was stale. i went back to the store and they said that i need to contact the head department, it's been a month or so now and they refused to get back to me as i have kindly and patiently been waiting for my refund, yet I'm still waiting as i type this. I am still waiting to receive a email or phone call back, Not happy...

Friday night 7.30pm and they close at 9.00pm, we went to order 2 toasties and we were told they were not available because they had just cleaned the machine. There were a number available in the cabinet. A question for the owner........why would you lose customers by commencing cleaning with an hour plus trading to go? And is the product held over until the next day? Hmmm! For me that brings in to question the freshness of some of your cabinet products. The staff would also benefit from customer...
