I generally get a mocha from a coffee shop as I can make a long black at home by myself. So when I splurge on this treat I don't mind paying when they are good, and every now and then I think I will try somewhere different at the palms mall, especialy if one of the usual coffee shops I frequent havnt given me an amazing experience in a while. And although I have never had a good coffee from this coffee culture, I thought I'd give it another go, probably been about 6 months since I tried them last and thought maybe they stopped burning the beans? Maybe their chocolate based products tasted like they had chocolate in them?? Maybe the milk wont be burnt aswell?? All I can say is never go here. The only consistency is that everything tastes burnt and bitter. And this is the second largest size for $7 ??? Barley fits in my hand, atleast muffin break give you a decent size takeaway, even their mediums are twice the size of this for the same price. But if you are gonna pay that much for such a small amount of coffee just go to bean and co! They are amazing and have never let me down, I just wish their sizes were bigger. I will not take the risk at this shop again though thats for sure.

A decent enough coffee shop easily accessible through the inside or the outside of three Palms shopping centre. Not quite as good as other Coffee Cultures around ChCh, however it is decent enough. The coffee is very good, though sometimes it does not look very nice and seems to be done in a rush. I am never sure if I am getting the right order as it is never checked, which makes me nervous considering my lactose intolerance. The staff can be a bit hit-or-miss, some are fantastic whereas others seem quite cold. The cafe itself is very well setup and cozy, however it is very let down by the low quality of care it is receiving. I constantly see crumbs all over the floor and sticky tables to a bit of an excess. Either way, it is an OK coffee culture and still a fairly nice place to grab a coffee.

Insanely delicious bagels! Highly recommend the salmon deluxe that as a culture club member I received a 50% off deal! Fast, fresh & delicious! It’s a terrible photo as I couldn’t wait to tuck in!! Very generous serving of salmon which is always good too!

I have frequented this establishment for many a year now, and I still go there often. I think the historical staff and right up to this present day that they are great people that always make you feel welcome. Today, I went in there and one of the team brought something to me, as they always do, yes a coffee....no kidding, hehe, but, it mean't so much to me what they did. It made my whole week so much better, oh so much better. I loved what they did, it was not a freebee, it was just something that caught me off guard in a really lovely way. Ya know, just a wonderfully simple but lovely thing to do, it mean't alot to me and I oh so appreciated what the staff did, and I truly thank you for doing that. So I took that home with me, I didn't want to return it to you, as I usually do. And I will remember that, what you did.

Ya know that saying, 'it's the thought that counts', well it certainely does.

Love you guys and...

FRIDAY 12PM. In the past I've ordered a takeaway 8oz triple shot flat white. Good strong coffee with no issues.... until now. This time it was awful. Firstly, served in wrong cup and when i returned it I got a really surly attitude from the young waitress offering to tip it into the takeaway cup i had ordered . Then I had to return it again due to it also being very weak. I was told it was a triple shot however tasted like a single. I did recieve another shot in it from abrupt staff(however even then it was still very weak after that). I recieved no apology but very condescendingly told to order an extra shots next time. I recieved a rude attitude/customer service from the two young staff members. Clearly no adequate training in communication skills and customer service. Won't be going again. Place...
