The Warehouse Papanui — Attraction in Christchurch

Got trespassed by Patrick for stealing (iv never stolen in my life) I asked to see footage he instantly declined kept interrupting me when I tried to explain or ask questions insisted it was me a asked if he could double check or if I could give him my information so he could contact me when he has check since I know it wasn't me be said no honestly just really rude I go there all the time and am always polite to staff anyways I waited outside for like 5 to ten minutes as I was waiting for a bus and he came back and said it wasn't me it was a mate but I'm still being trespassed for association I again asked if I could see the footage to at least know what friend as I sadly don't have any lol but again he declined iv never stolen and if u knew or had even seen my friend steal I would have told him to return the item but anyway I think Patrick is honestly one of the rudest people iv come across and think he should have a let me speak so I could let him know my side...

I was in the warehouse today and I was kicked out because I was apparently a different age than I am the man who kicked me and my friend out claimed to be the manager. I tried to reason with him and ask why we were getting kicked out I had done nothing wrong only said we should check out the chairs he said we wouldn't have enough money in a rude way I didn't respond in an angry or annoyed manner. I simply asked why we were getting kicked out. He kept shouting at us to leave so we tried to go straight to customer service where the nice lady was willing to help us but as we were trying to make a complaint he told us we weren't aloud to resulting in us being yelled at to leave and having to make a review here. I AM VERY Disappointed and it can't be ignored as there are already many complaints Abt rude staff this has to be dealt with asap There is also a sign saying be nice I think that should mean...

Honestly, I can't stand this warehouse they treat you terrible though they have signs about asking to be nice, my order didn't show up on their end and staff could see on my phone it was ordered the day before hand but just won't show up, saying this wasn't suppose to happen the guy I was dealing with literally told me to call their help number because of a failure on their end he said you could call them, no interest in sorting it or helping, I just told him it's his job he walked off, last time I shopped here same experience yet the warehouse removed my review because they don't care about their customer experience or the way their customers are treated, atleast this one doesn't, young lady at customer service though wonderful and nice tldr guy was a jerk again warehouse deletes...
