We were craving some fish and happened to drive past this place, so we decided to stop by. As we sat down, we quickly realized that this restaurant is best enjoyed with a group. However, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, assuring us that they could serve us their smaller fish options.

We ordered the steamed cod along with pork and chive dumplings and black bean beef as side dishes. Wow—everything was absolutely phenomenal! The fish was cooked to perfection, with a delicate texture and a divine flavor that showcased the chef’s expertise. The dumplings were, without a doubt, the best pork and chive dumplings we’ve had in Auckland—perfectly balanced in both flavor and texture. The black bean beef was also beautifully cooked and packed with rich, savory goodness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend going with a group so you can sample more dishes. You won’t be disappointed! Don't judge this place by the atmosphere because the chef will blow you away with delicious dishes.
