I never actually entered the library proper. At the entrance is there toilets. I am working nearby so I come here to use that facility. A standard 1 urinal 1 toilet job. If your wheelchair bound no luck it isn't designed for wheelchairs. A double sink and a handryer is installed plus a toilet brush/ container. I always find the toilets clean and tidy.
