Near Southmall Manurewa — Attraction in Manurewa

Southmall shopping hasn't changed very much over time. Too many Chinese clothing stores, no SHOE or HANDBAG shop in sight, cheap wares from $2.00 shops only, and all pretty much the same. One only jewelry shop, very expensive as there is no competition. Best shop is the Southmall pharmacy, friendly staff, good variety of health products, quality makeup, quality perfumes, great place for buying a gift. Southmall supermarket fruit and vegetable dept. leave a lot to be desired. Their buyer for fresh fruit must buy from the bottom of the barrel. I've never seen such poor quality, but expensive fruit on offer in my life!. A real shame because this supermarket used to be one...

Make sure before you buy anything over $5 -$10 as They have no refund policy and they won't tell you when you buy anything over $10 if you find that product is not worth buying as of really bad quality. A lady who serves customers say it's not her fault that customer don't read what's written over the payment counter as it's so small and she cannot remind customers everytime that there is no refund policy only exchange for equal amount or over as they want to rip the customers money from their pockets but Anyways thanks I am not coming to shop again in...

They say the people out south are hard but that is true of most areas today as people are forced to protect what they have in these times. I live out west but visit south often as my family are from there all I can say is don't be to quick to judge a book by it's cover as I have lost my wallet on more than one occasion in southmall & both times it has been handed in resulting in me getting back all my money & personal belongings & to find out that the person how found it was much more in need of the money than me but knew handing it in was the right thing to do.
