Waterworld Waterparks — Attraction in North Island

The kids and the kids at heart had so much fun at the waterpark but the best part of this company is their team and customer service. They responded to my queries within seconds on both their website and then on instagram - which is so refreshing as you don’t get that a lot these days. They also helped me rebook our slots in a flash. The guy at the front who checked us in and gave out instructions was also very nice. Such a fun family activity! Definately recommend it. We went when it was in the pool in Dunedin. Our kids are 6 and 8 and are confident in the water so with a life jacket on as well they were fearless and had a ball! They loved being better at navigating the obstacles than the their apparently poorly balanced parents and seeing their faces as they succeeded while we tumbled into the water was pbviously priceless in their eyes. The most fun part of the course was closed, but they didn't tell us that when we paid, and we only found out when we got on the course. Our session was then cancelled after 25mins as a gust of wind came up. I had no problem with that. They said to email for a refund. I got one reply to my first email, then they went silent. Never heard back from them despite sending more emails. A refund appeared in my account after a month but with no notification. If the blob is open and the weather is good then the kids will love it.
