Kingsview Resort & Towers — Hotel in North Island

Booked for 24/01/25 to 27/01/25 last month. Email was sent to say that the booking was cancelled for no reason. Emailed the property to see why the booking was cancelled. Their reply: "Apologies, we have building work booked for these dates" Disappointing as now we are struggling to find accommodation for the same price in the same area last minute. very nice place to stay,central and close to motorways once you find your way around,the unit was very smart and would cater for own cooking ,washing,etc,close to eateries 4 min walk away,went twice to different places you can ask for a parking when booking which is 3 carparks down,felt car was very safe,did not have sky,though i did have skygo,goodo.ground...

This apartment block is really showing its age and lack of maintenance. Shower temperatures which jump from scalding hot to col when another should another guest uses the water in their unit, some apartments have multiple TV's but only one will work, damaged door frames/locks provides the ultimate...
