Cosy Corner Holiday Park — Attraction in North Island

We had a mini break at the Mount and booked to stay at Cosy Corner Holiday park which we have never stayed at before. ( Usually we only stay at places we have visited to check out before booking ) ||We were incredibly impressed and delighted with everything about the park and highly recommend it as a fabulous place to enjoy a break of any sort . The staff give their personal touch to the place by being so helpful, available and friendly and keeping their finger on the pulse of everything . The facilities are immaculate and I am a rather OCD person as far as cleanliness goes so this is a massive recommendation. Everytime I went into a facility it looked like it had just been cleaned . This is a fabulous camp ground. So well set up. Sure there isnt many spaces left to park in as there are a lot of cabins and self contained units. Everything is spotless. Beautiful facilities and a nice big pool that is heated using Solar energy. The camp is only open from December through to the end of April but is great. The sea is across the road down a short path and your swimming surfing, fishing. Very secure as entry controlled by security gate. To prove how good it is the man who runs it has been here for a long time as was his father. 1967 it was started. So if you want a spot that is safe for children then this is it. This holiday park has a lot of advantages: a solar-heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, access to a beautiful stretch of beach 5 min walk away, and it is environmentally friendly, encouraging recycling. The grounds are well run with owners and staff wandering around and cleaning common bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities regularly.
