September 2025 - Year 2 service, and the new premises is easier to park on, but I think next year we'll find a place to stay the night before nearby as traffic from welcome bay to Tauriko first thing was stressfull 😉.

From our first meeting up to and beyond Off-road Caravans New Zealand have been awesome. Both in communication and service. Even now while on our travels, Matt has organised us popping into the Christchurch branch to get the little niggly issues e.g. door catch on the fridge, sorted I'm really happy with our Network RV Terrain Tuff 23foot club, if these little issues are all we get 😊. But most of all I'm so glad we went with a dealership like ORCNZ as the after service is what is really important. Can't recommend these...

Amazing! Best way to describe the service we have received from Courtney, Matt and all the staff at Off Road Caravans. They were all so helpful right from when we first started making enquiries and were unsure what we wanted, right through to choosing colours and then collecting our van a few weeks ago. The Network RV triple bunk is fantastic and so spacious for our family of five - can't wait to get away on lots of camping trips. The after sales service has been great too with Courtney helping us find other items that we want to purchase for the van and answering any queries that we have....

We brought a 22ft 6 Canyon Summit Extreme 9 months ago and are living in it full time. We have had amazing friendly and very efficient service from off road caravans which is ongoing as if we have any queries or issues we can ring them and they are always happy to help.
