Swing sets, slides etc all of the things you would expect from a good playground. Then there's an adult work at area with machines that you can use to exercise. Bicycles, steppers, runners etc. Great access down to the river where you can sit and listen to it. And then there's a whole obstacle course area that the kids loved running around but could also be used as an adult to improve your fitness or do other activities. Over all a great place to stop very well planned out...
