The cobblestone pathways around the perimeter of the mall are fairly uneven and wobbly. The bathroom facilities are located down a long narrow corridor that has sharp corners, which is hard to navigate when there are multiple people, but it only just fits a medium size stroller without room for someone to pass going the other direction. There are signs for a parent room right at the end of the corridor, but when I've tried to use it, it has always been locked, which must mean it is one room for one family, not an open room with stalls like other malls? The door also looks like it could just be a janitors room, so it doesn't seem the most welcoming in the first place. Cubicles in the main toilets don't accommodate a stroller either, so you are faced with leaving your child parked outside the door. The wheelchair accessible toilets are also down this corridor, so I can only imagine how challenging it must be for people with affected mobility to use these facilities. Please look at upgrading these facilities to make it more user friendly and accommodating...

Where do I start, they are rude! I watched as they took prior payment from people like myself that have tattoos but a "nice" looking person was able to pay afterwards. I paid for 3 pedicures for my daughter, friend and myself. I then asked if my son could have his toes painted. They do not line the spas and the one I had was dirty. My friend was put in a chair that doesn't work and is used for waxing. My technician used cuticle cutters on me and found them too blunt so put them in a different container that was then used on my daughter. They used the foot files on us then washed them in the water our feet were sitting in and placed back to be used on the next client. The massage lasted less than a minute, my daughter left with polish all over her legs and when it came to my son they did a single coat of polish without a base or top coat. We had to wait an extended amount of time because whenever a new client came in they became more important than the ones sitting there. They also mocked my daughter for her height! Horrible place to go 10/10 do...
