HELL Pizza Rotovegas — Restaurant in North Island

As I was well hungry, I was looking for a good pizza to take away. As earlier I had noticed another pizza place, I went back there, but once inside it didn't seem as good. I checked pizza places around, decided to check it out, and the warm welcome I got convinced me right away. Having a look at the menu confirmed that first excellent impression, with so much to choose from, plenty of pizzas. They also have quite many sides, salads too. And even desserts.

They have vegan options, and clearly mark them, but also dairy free and gluten free ones. And a lot of dip options too (including fancy ones like cranberry)

Even if I didn't eat there I also noticed that the place is cool too and another occasion I would totally eat there, lots of seats, and dim lights.

I had a "serpent" pizza snack"  size, "lust deluxe" double size, and "crumbed camembert" as a side.

I liked it all, and epecially the crumbed camembert with cranberry dip, my oh my, amazing!

And the icing on the cake, staff is extra smiling & friendly

Shocking service! I went in and ordered 4 double pizza and the young guy told me it would be 15 minutes so I ordered garlic chips phone order at the nearby takeaways.Then I see him drive off a few minutes later to do a delivery, I sent my partner in 15 minutes later and she asked for my order,then another guy said they don't have an order by that name, then he said oh wait wel put them on now.i walked in 5 minutes later another guy asked if he could help me I said no iv already ordered,then he asked what name it's under, 10 minutes later a 3rd guy asks what my order name is🤦🤦 anyway 45 minutes later I get my pizzas then on my way to pick up cold garlic chips that have been sitting there for a half an hour.These young guys in there obviously don't communicate that well together. I’m shocked. The staff named Mackyla was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was yelling. I went to take my order. The side door was open. I entered and within few seconds realised they are not allowing people to enter. I asked the salesperson and he confirmed and I went outside. This rude salsa person came in and starting yelling l. I was shocked as I was already outside. The other sales person asked her to go inside, said sorry she is not her in senses. I told him I’m already outside . He said I’ll talk to her and she should not have behaved like this, I know you are not at fault. I don’t think she should be into a service industry when you don’t know how to talk. If you are not happy with your job, change it. It’s Hell’s responsibility to hire people who knows how to talk to customer. Pathetic service, literally unbelievable and...
