Pizza Club Max - Albany — Attraction in Upper Harbour

The staff in the store surprised me today. I am very happy with the purchase and experience. I ordered two pizza online, but when I got into the store, the staff told me they mistakenly gave my order to another man. But they have called the man to come back to collect his correct pizza order. Shortly the guy come back with only one box of pizza and claimed he has eaten one slice of the other one. So the staff took one back and told me they are gona make me two fresh new ones. After a while, surprisingly, the gentalman staff gave me two new ones and the one they took back from the man, which I even didn't ask for. So I paid two, but ended up getting three. People make mistakes, but this is what real customer service is to fix the mistakes. I'm very happy with the purchase and experience today in Pizza Club Max Albany. I have to give...

Some constructive criticism here. The BBQ sauce overpowers all the flavours of the pizza. We found it too sweet. I had specifically instructed to ensure the pizza isn't too sweet Adding chilli flakes won't help it. Really disappointed, as otherwise, I feel pizza would have been delicious. The base was nice and fresh. Meatballs were perfectly sized but the taste was overpowered by the sauce.

Chicken wings was the saving grace. I think it's probably the best I've had till date. Spices were perfectly balanced. That's why 3 stars instead of 2. Will come back for it.

Pizza needs improvement. Hopefully next time its better.

Customer service was good. I wish the guys are educated better about the general tastes of sauces they use so they can make much informed decisions. Otherwise, I found it to be warm...

Awful. They advertise large pizzas as a pizza which is barely no larger than one's hand - this is SO RIDICULOUS. I tried to speak to owner about this before placing feedback - he was so defensive. He misunderstood the point from all directions. "Although my staff member has done nothing wrong - I offer you another pizza for free" - I reply that he has not understood my point, which is misleading advertising saying the pizza is large. Then he suggests that its cheaper to order directly from them rather than Uber Eats....HILARIOUS. Also not the point. DON'T ADVERTISE YOUR PIZZAS AS LARGE WHEN THEY ARE SMALL. YOU GIVE PIZZA...
