Friendly service, plenty parking spaces nearby. Good choices from menu, authentic Korean food. Price is above average but given the location, it is understandable. Food is prepared quickly and served while hot. Lots of seating available as well as live Korean TV channek screening at all time. The place is very clean and tidy. We went there couple of time and in the most recent visit, we placed the order with the boss man where we asked for that all our dishes are not spicy. So when one of the noodle dishs came out, the soup was literally full of pepper. You can literally see it in the soup. The waitress lady checked with the kitchen, she was friendly but being apologetic in saying that... "This is standard and not spicy at all".. I think in this case they are using their own standard of spicyness instead that of customers... Especially when we have asked for it at the time of ordering. As this is a new restaurant, it also shows a lack of experience in good customer service when there is an issue. I know if this happens at other Korean restarants, they would offer to re-prepare the soup without any spicy. Recommending a visit for others but for us, we are unlikely to return again due to the latest...

I had the best time at Friends yesterday afternoon. The manager opened up the restaurant 15 minutes early and was very welcoming to a family and myself who were there before opening time.

The staff were very patient with me as I waited 40 min for my friend who wasn't able to come.

I ordered the Dolsot Bibimbap🍚🍳 The food came fast, and the manager helped me prepare it. It was really nice to see the staff talking to their customers and helping them prepare the food. I also got a little yoghurt drink with my meal which was very cute.

I couldn't fault the service. It felt so homely. Everyone was so kind and cared about their customers.

The food was amazing. Fresh and full of flavour. All of the other food served to other customers smelt amazing. Prices for eating out were good, and the portions were a good size.😋

They were generous with refilling my banchans even though I was alone, and I liked them all (especially the fish cakes and the green one??? It had seaweed and bean sprouts).🍱

I can't wait to come back here with my friend, and I will recommend it to others too. One day I want to try the Chuncheon...
