Went by tonight to grab some tea and was met with rude customer service at the front counter - no biggie, I understand a long day and becoming tired towards the end. However, upon waiting for my order I saw a little imposter, a mice. I notified staff and as shown in the other image, you can seen them trying to catch the mice. Please check ur kitchen and health grade as that’s a bit disturbing…..

Tasted good, lots of options to choose from. Service however could be better, hard to understand cashier. Bubbles are nice and big and chewy. It is not too sweet and the jellys avavliable are diverse and tasty. The place itself and the drinks are also my aesthetic right now. Nice quiet upscale place to sit and relax and drink bubble tea. Would recommend is definitely worth a try.

I found out later and got quite grumpy, ofc not coz of the $1 change, but of the fact that nobody even told me about it or explained anything. Not coming back again. Not recommended

Im a regular to get milk tea from here however today I experienced horrible customer service. Lady was very rude. When I went inside today I didnt hear what she was saying and I pardoned her and she rolled her eyes and telling me have I not seen the note sticked on the front door because she has to go for 15min break and reject my order without any apologies. I told her I called in 15min earlier to check on their opening time and she says 'fine but I need 20mins to make your drink' and she keep complain on me saying she didn't take any breaks in rude tone voice. At this stage do not understand why she does this to me and make me feel very uncomfortable to me as a customer. I told her that I know where your anger comes from but it's the wrong person to complain on I won't order from here. I totally wasted my petrol & time came all the way I don't think I will head...

My first experience with the HuluCat Tea House was amazing. The decoration of the place is very stylish and modern, especially compared to other places selling milk tea.

Coming here they do not serve any food, but this is a personal preference because they can now focus on the tea and do an amazing job.

The price of the teas are a but more expensive than you can find at other places, but they do give you more product for this price, they have a better range than other places and can assure great taste and quality woth anything you order.

I'm very excited to try the toppings and flavours unique to HuluCat...

The Albany branch( Rosedale Road) delivers inconsistent quality and quantity. Unfriendly services...Staff does NOT smile at all when they serve you. Staff will make you feel that you are bothering their chatting away. It also really depends on who served you and who was making the drinks for you!!! Staff chat away while making drinks, No urgency at all. Most of the time..The lady and Pay-counter did not smile and has no ideas what "customer service" means!!! I also go to Wellesley St Store often, they always greet, smile and very fast. Rosedale Road (Albany) branch offers very bad(if any)...
