fav place in oslo!! went here last night for my boyfriends birthday celebration! they offer great deals, but what will have us coming back is the outstanding service and the cocktails!! Oliver was our bartender for the night and he happily guided us through the cocktail menu - we felt so welcome, and even though we were a large group Oliver never failed to offer us great service, attention to detail and his great knowledge about mixology!! YOU HAVE to try the spicy mango margarita!!...

Bad customer service. 40 mins before closing waitress opened the door outside in -6 degrees, while people were still ordering last drink. It became super cold inside and people asked her to close it but waitress refused "its too hot for the staff so we wont close it" real reason of course was that she wanted to kick...

46 kr for a tea, staff gave so little tea that it tasted very watered down. The fact that the tea cups still say ‘the tea lounge’ also made it a very dissatisfactory experience. 46 kr for a tea, are you kidding me? That’s more than it costs to buy a whole box of tea from the super market. Nice staff tho, so no...
