Una vez más los puertos de Cruceros de Panamá (pacífico y Atlántico) no me decepcionan y siguen dando cátedra en descontrol y mal servicio. Ya en unos reviews anteriores hablo con más detalles de los mismos; Pero increíble saber que luego de tanto tiempo lo único que ha cambiado es su infraestructura, porque lo demás sigue igual.

Hace unos días fui a dejar a unos clientes que debían abordar un crucero. La hora límite eran las 6:00 PM, y llegamos exactamente a las 5:25 PM.

Al llegar nos abordaron un grupo de casi adolecentes con uniformes coloridos, quienes con ademanes propios de conductores de buses de provincia me decían "no puedes entrar". luego otro colaborador con un chaleco neon cuyos pantalones dejaban al descubierto parte de su retaguardia, con un lenguaje de arrabal y jerga apta para estadio de futbol nos dijo "ya no pueden entrar, ya esa gente perdió su barco".

Le indiqué, "la hora límite es a las 6:00 PM y faltan 35 minutos"

Y el respondió "te estoy diciendo que ya perdieron su barco y que no los van a dejar subir". ( En realidad habló con un lenguaje mucho menos profesional, pero los lectores de otras nacionalidad no lo entenderían). Al final hice que mis clientes entrarán y obviamente en este momento están navegando felizmente por los mares.

Mi punto es: Que fácil es para este personaje decir "dile a tu gente que perdieron su barco". Tendrá una remota idea de lo que esto implica ???, tendrá la idea de a lo que estoy conlleva ??.

De dónde sacan a estas personas que van a lidiar con turistas ????. A parte de poder moverse y balbucear algunas frases tendrán alguna otra virtud ??

Mi consejo para las personas que van a tomar cruceros en los puertos de Colón y Panamá City : lleguen por lo menos 4 horas antes de la hora indicada por sus agencias de viaje, porque la burocracia, el mal servicio y la poca información de muchos colaboradores de los puertos pueden poner en peligro...
