We had a delightful evening on the rooftop of this Restaurant Conglomerate — and the food was amazing as we sampled some great dishes from the many restaurants below! The only issue was that we didn’t receive the service that we would have expected from this group of — and while our waiter did nothing to enhance our meal (and we noticed that none of the waiters even bothered to smile) we must add that the three other individuals who helped with our meal and delivered our food were all kind and generous — and yes they were smiling! I just don’t get it — great service equals great tips and return visits, a formula I wish this group of restaurants would heartily...

Service personnel is very kind, but they're not from each restaurant (they work for the food court), they get feedback to pass it on to restaurant owners ..
Unfortunately the one we went (brazzeiros) uses a reduced menu, which is different from normal brazzeiros'..
"Chimichurri” was tasteless, portions of meat were small and scarce, sometimes it did not reach the end of the table..
No parking nearby available, unless you pay ballet parking personnel..

Read moreFood was excellent... you can choose what you wanna eat from a mix of restaurants inside... like an upscale food court... you got a Peruvian restaurant, Brazilian, Spanish and Japanese... when we arrived, it was packed... we waited inside for at least 20 min... to be fair, we're 7, guessing it is more difficult to accommodate... the service on the bar was not so good... took them 10 min to make a cocktail and give me 2 beers... food time was no different... the waiter missed 2 dishes even though he repeated the order to be sure he didn't miss anything... really!!??... Ceviche was very good, the Lomo Saltado...
