Very responsive through whatsapp. They answered all my questions and promptly scheduled me within 30 minutes of me inquiring. I got an Inka Massage. It starts off with hands and then ends with a hot stone massage. It's a combination of muscle massage and relaxing. If you want pure relaxation, this may not be for you. I really liked my masseuse as she really knew how to get the knots out. My husband took a relaxing swedish massage, and you can customize it to just use all hands, or end with a hot stone as well. For both 1 hour massage, it was 235 soles or 65 usd. Maricarmen and Rosemarie were very good. Rooms were clean and very quiet. My only feedback is that I wish they had more dim lighting in the room, and they controlled the temperature better. They had a very bright light the entire time that didn't help set the mood, and it was a bit too hot as the heater was turned on high.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share a quick review of an incredible experience I had recently at Vida Spa Machu Picchu. I was lucky to be treated by Dora, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s a true professional — she really knows what she’s doing and made me feel so safe and relaxed during the entire session. The spa itself is super clean, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is just so peaceful and calming. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and everything felt very high-quality yet cozy at the same time. Honestly, I got so relaxed that I even fell asleep after the session — that’s how good it was! I 100% recommend this place if you’re visiting Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Thank you, Vida Spa, and thank you, Dora! Can’t wait to come back!

After a long hike we wanted to take advantage of some of the massage offerings that street advertisers were promoting. I had never gotten a massage in a different country and was eager to try it We had a group of 4, and they offered us a discount which was great. They set us up 2 in each room separated by a curtain and we received a full body 60min deep tissue massage with hot stones We didn’t have a reservation. We walked in and they were able to see us immediately The masseuses were very professional and skilled. We all did mention after the fact that a lot of oil was used especially on the feet. Also, the calming music didn’t kick on until about 20min into the session It was a solid experience and we each received a neat souvenir key chain at the end of the session

Absolutely Outstanding Massage – Roy is a True Healer!

As a massage therapist myself, I have high standards and a deep appreciation for quality bodywork—and Roy exceeded every expectation. I booked a Swedish massage with him and can confidently say it was the best Swedish massage I've ever had.

Roy’s technique is intuitive, grounded, and deeply therapeutic. He has a masterful touch—fluid, intentional, and perfectly attuned to the body’s needs. Every stroke had purpose, and the rhythm of the massage was incredibly calming. He also incorporated hot stones seamlessly into the treatment, enhancing muscle release and overall relaxation without ever overwhelming the flow.

It’s clear Roy brings both skill and genuine care to his work. I left feeling completely restored—physically, mentally, and energetically. If you're looking for someone who truly knows their craft and delivers a five-star experience, book with Roy. He’s...
