Great for meat-eaters and seafood lovers, terrible for vegetarians, impossible for vegans. Don't expect too much from their service. Imagine paying for 3 dishes you can't eat. We ordered the canton and specifically asked the server to remove the meat and shrimp since we have food restrictions. The food arrived with the chicken and shrimp in it. We told the crew the mistake and they removed the shrimp but brought back the same platter after just removing the shrimp and placing it on the side. No sense of food allergies whatsoever. If this was a different country they could be sued for it. We ordered the fresh lumpia and fried lumpia thinking it was just vegetables as the description said. It turns out it also has meat. So we couldn't eat anything. It was partly our fault for not asking specifically when it came to the lumpia but we had specified no meat and seafood for the canton and they didn't listen to our instructions. I would have let it slide as a simple mistake and not be posting a negative review if the owner had not talked to us after we had told him about the incident and instead of making any attempt at restitutions tried gaslighting us into eating meat like it was our fault for having food...

I had the WORST, TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE experience in this restaurant. I came at the restaurant at estimated 5:15pm and made a reservation on July 18th with complete details (to reserve between 4:00-5:00pm) to celebrate my friend’s birthday for the following day. I even took a picture of their menu at 5:29pm (as recorded on my phone) after I wrote the details. When my friends and family arrived on the 19th of July at 4:00pm, they were so excited thinking that this restaurant is the best. However, it turned out that according to the crew, they open at 5:30pm and they stated that we didn’t make any reservation at all. I was surprised and no one informed me about their time when I made the reservation. Secondly, what happened to the details of reservation I provided them on the previous day? They let us in but we never felt the warm welcome and we felt insulted with the way they laugh at us and the whispers they made while watching us sitting as if we were not customers. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I really cannot recommend this restaurant. We were just hoping to eat there and have a good time but I failed… what a...

Sugba Sugba Inasal & Seafood in Bacolod City is a hidden gem for lovers of grilled and seafood dishes, offering a cozy yet vibrant dining experience that locals and visitors rave about. Known for its flavorful inasal (grilled chicken) and fresh seafood options, the restaurant also serves standout dishes like Chicken Binakol, a traditional Negrense soup made with native chicken and young coconut, and Steamed Fish, which highlights the freshness of Bacolod’s seafood. Each dish is cooked to perfection, showcasing the rich culinary traditions of the region and before I forget might I recommend trying the banana turon for dessert : While its location on 4th Street near Lacson might be slightly off the main road, the effort to find it is well worth it, as the restaurant is often bustling with diners despite its spacious setup. Whether you're craving smoky grilled flavors, hearty soups, or light seafood options, Sugba Sugba delivers an authentic taste of Bacolod’s food culture...

This was the first time to go and dine in to this place in 4th Street Lacson, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Western Visayas, walking distance to nearby Capitol Lagoon's park..at the time my son and his family from Cebu City, came to visit us last Feb. 9/2024, and after a few days they left and back to Cebu City, we also dine out with the parents of my daughter-in-law who came over for business trip which I invited them to this place Sugba2..It was really a nice place, cool atmosphere, very delicious food and good customer service..you won't regret coming to this place when you have plan to find a good and better place to eat with your family, some friends or even when want to celebrate your special day.
