A monument erected at the center of the very entrance of Colon Street, crowning it as the "oldest street in the Philippines". I think its okay, but its barely noticeable, maybe because of its very short height, shorter than any of the structures in Colon. To make matters worst, there are even billboards placed nearby that somehow dominates its already low presence.
Besides the obelisk is a center island where the obelisk stands. It doesn't have any space where one can stand or pose to take a picture. One reviewer here said that its a nice place to relax, but I'm not sure where he got that idea.
