Jollibee - Sto. Niño — Restaurant in Cebu City

First time at Jolibees, was expecting a better experience than an American equivalent like McDonalds, but was a bit disappointed. Got the burger steak with mushroom gravy, plain rice, 1 piece of fried chicken, chicken a la king pie. The chicken was more lukewarm than hot, just a little spicy, the burger was generic, sauce was ok, a little thin. More rice than anything. The chicken a la king pie took 15 minutes, but think it was way better than everything else I tasted. It had a buttery, flaky crust, savory filling, solid flavors, just only 10 percent of the inside was chicken if I'm being generous. Price was cheap, bit definitely getting what you paid for here. After placing my order they did not fill the entire order. They just filled part of it which included french fries small, but the containers were definitely under filled with maybe eight or nine french fries. I mentioned this to the gentleman trying to give me the underfilled french fry bags and nothing really happened. I was ignored told here's my tray and I can wait for the rest of my stuff after going up to see if the rest of my stuff was done yet. One of the busiest jollibee stores in Metro Cebu because it's right infront of Basilica Menore del Santo Niño and church goers usually eat here right after attending a mass. Mostly crowded on Sundays and weekends but they have numerous seats available on the ground and second floor. Service crew act fast as they can to provide good service.
