Ribshack - Super Metro Colon — Restaurant in Cebu City

The food was great. The drinks are well paired with the meal. It was almost perfect. If only they have more rice servers, things would have gone smoothly. I really enjoyed eating with an unlimited rice. However, the Ribshack at Super Metro is very crowded most especially during lunch where many people are hungry. I hope they would improve more with their customer service because the rice servers are making excuses. Like, I ordered an unlimited rice meal and when I ask for more rice, they would say "Sir, others still don't have rice". What?. I payed the right amount but I'm not getting the service I needed. Each time I eat at this branch, it's consistently busy, which benefits their business. However, the limited space makes it difficult to find an available table all the time. Although it's understandable, the persistent problem with this branch is the lack of proper cooling since the air conditioning isn't sufficient, resulting in discomfort while eating due to the heat. On the positive side, they offer excellent spicy Korean pork with top-notch kimchi, which I find to be the best I've ever had. Despite the AC issue, this branch is worth trying due to its delicious food. My only concern remains the air conditioning, and I hope they can address this since I've visited this place...

Always love to dine in with RibShack. But this specific establishment always disappoint me. First experience was during their opening, paid extra for the unli sausage but never served even once. Now, we sat in a corner table after ordering. Table was dirty from the previous customer, called for assistance multiple times. Made eye contacts with the crew a lot of times but with no action. Food has been served with the table being dirty. Also, asked for their drinks with no ice, but served one WITH ice. -_-

PS. I know they're busy, but being able to assist other customers on time even though we've requested assistance...
