The parade ground we can say is the running/marathon event center of Pampanga. Almost every week especially during summer running events are scheduled here. The grounds is huge. It can accommodate several games at the same time. It has an area for soccer, baseball, american football and any game that would require a large area. Bleachers and a stage is available. A tennis court area is also available although not sure if there is fee to use it. A rubberized running, about 2.5k circles the ground. Free WiFi is also available. There's also a kid's playground and picnic area nearby where families can gather and have fun. Parking is not a problem. There are also some very good restaurants around the area. Fastfoods and even a 7/11 is also near.

Toilets are also available at both ends of the park. Although I would recommend you use the one near the fire department.
