Catchin 'Up Pub - San Antonio Place — Attraction in Makati

Buffalo Wings tasted rancid. The guy I talked to told me "Maam wala naman pong amoy" even though the smell was evident the moment I bit into the chicken. They replaced it so I was ready to forgive them about it. Then came the time when I asked for the bill. I saw them charge me 30 EACH for the take out containers. The material was not even high quality. It's just the same as the ones used in cafeterias that's about 5 pesos each and cafeterias don't even charge for that. I have been taking out food there since I live upstairs and they are open late at night and this is the first time that they charged me for the take outs. The guy told me "may charge po talaga yun baka nakakalimutan lang nilang ipalo". This just strengthens the argument that someone is being incompetent. My god! 30 PESOS EACH! I know it's not that big of an amount but c'mon, you can't tell me "naka costing po kasi yan" when I know for a fact how much those cost because I'm in the restaurant industry as well. You cannot be ripping people...

It took them forever to serve the drinks and food which is understandable since it was a Saturday night.

Their food is okay even though they served me the wrong order (Binagoongan instead of Bicol Express) I really didn’t want to complain about it since it already took them forever to serve it and it was a double date and I didn’t wanna appear rude to the other couple 😅

The staff didn’t really understand when we said “split the bill” so we ended up paying literally half of the bill which again, we didn’t wanna complain about.

FOOD IS SUPERB!! 💯 It's very affordable and a lot cheaper compared to others. The service is really good and very accommodating. A big shoutout to Kuya/Sir Jeff for providing us with great service and for putting effort into our requests. The atmosphere is OK. We were the only customers, or there were a few coming in and out, but it's understandable since it's Monday.

Overall, I really had a great experience. I might come back for the food. I can't express enough how delicious and cheap it is; the servings are also plentiful. I'll definitely visit again. Thank you for...
