I've been returning to Chesa Bianca whenever I feel like having an European meal. From the decor that resembles a Swiss Chalet, to the food/drinks and service by the very experienced and motivated servers, never fails to deliver a consistent and great meal. Recently I returned back home to Hong Kong for a few weeks and visited the Chesa Restaurant at the Swiss managed legendary Peninsula Hong Kong. This has been my favorite European restaurant in a city where there are many great restaurants. Reason why I'm sharing this is that Raclette I had in Chesa Bianca is almost the same as what i had in Hong Kong prepared by Swiss chefs. I know Chesa Bianca is owned and operated by a very well known Swiss gentleman who owns Santis Deli and I'm Angus Steakhouse. Both restaurants are well designed and operated delivering highest quality food/drinks and service, plus strict kitchen hygiene. I've spent 40 years managing hotels in many countries, last postings in Hong Kong and Singapore. A point to make is that there isn't a top Swiss restaurant in Singapore, so moving here and finding Chesa Bianca is a blessing! My main course was Lamb Chops grilled to perfection. I've tried Barley Soup, Apple Strudel and another top favourite is Zuricher Geschenetzeltes only place to find the real deal in Makati. I've attached the Raclette from Chesa Hong Kong...

I often bring friends, family, and even business partners here, and without fail, everyone ends up loving it. The food is truly authentic and absolutely delicious. The Zürcher Geschnetzeltes is a must try! 👌
The service strikes a perfect balance between warm hospitality and professional efficiency. Stepping inside feels like being transported to a cozy Swiss chalet nestled in the Alps - right in the heart of the Metro Manila.
A tip for first-timers: Start your visit with a stop at the Säntis delicatessen next door. Pick up some of your favorite Swiss/European treats, and then head over to Chesa Bianca for lunch or dinner. The staff are very accommodating - they will gladly keep your items chilled while you dine, and even allow you to enjoy them at your table with just a small corkage fee, as long as the products are from their shop.
In short: This place is a little slice of Switzerland in Makati. It makes me feel right at home. So grateful to have you guys here - keep doing what...

We tried several lamb dishes and each one was outstanding: 🥩 Lamb Carpaccio – fresh and delicate, drizzled with olive oil and parmesan, topped with crisp straw potatoes. 🍝 Apulian Style Lamb Sugo – comforting lamb stew served with pasta and parmesan, hearty and flavorful. 🍲 Chesa Bianca Lamb Stew – slow-cooked in red wine, garlic, onion & thyme, served with spaetzli. Rich and filling! 🍖 Lamb Shank “Ticinese” – braised in red wine herb sauce, paired perfectly with polenta and vegetables. 🥩 Grilled Lamb T-Bone – indulgent and flavorful, with rosemary butter, rösti, and vegetables.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Swiss cuisine and premium...
