Firewood Kitchen柴火厨房 — Restaurant in Makati

If you dine in Firewood Kitchen you will be amazed how the cooking preparation has been done wherein you will see by your own naked eyes where they used our very own firewood for cooking in the big hot pot. It isn't the usual hot pot I tried with other restaurants but at Firewood its very

different.

The foods they served is unique and it's the very first of a kind in the Phils. For their main menu, they used the organic chicken (Rhode Island Red (RIR) ), a high breed from the owner 's farm in Davilan, Cavite. All the ingredients esp the asstd veggies were all fresh.

According to Mr. Mike Xiao, the Chinese owner, he himself has prepared the special kind of sauce. It is so delicious and the taste is excellent.

I also want to try their other menus like the fish head The price is very reasonable and good for group meals.

I would highly recommend to pls visit their resto in Washington, Makati. I can guarantee to everyone esp those food enthusiasts that it will really satisfy your taste buds from the rest of the other hot pot in town.
