After about 20 years I’ve yet agin visited our childhood church which was a short walk to our ancestral home back in the days. The same Roman Catholic church where my parents had their simple wedding, my and siblings baptism and so are our children’s. This church has been renovated for so many times looking at it very different from how it was. Larger seating capacity and has large ceiling fans too. Better interior ambiance. Parking is difficult as there is no designated parking for the patrons. There is a small columbarium downstairs where it used to be an open ground for dawn masses. Funny memories though; I used to meet my boyfriend at the same spot (where my brother in law’s ashes are now placed) to attend a dawn mass.
