There is a parking lot here, but there is no sign telling me that it is a paid parking lot. I parked my car here and spent money here. When I left, the security guard and a man asked me for 200 pesos an hour. I was very angry and didn't pay the parking fee. Then they asked me to talk to the manager, and finally the manager asked me for 500 pesos. I parked my car here from 1am to 11am. If it is charged according to BGC, as far as I know it is only 200 pesos. I can understand if they charge this price, but the price charged from beginning to end is outrageous. I I had to pay because I was in a hurry to leave. I don’t mean anything else. The food here is delicious, but I’m speechless about this rule. Read moreI visited this Jollibee branch to inquire about their kiddie party package, but my experience was disappointing. The manager seemed unapproachable and unprofessional. Despite waiting for a long time and noticing he wasn't busy, I wasn't acknowledged or assisted.
His lack of communication and interest in helping me with my inquiry was frustrating.I actually came for the second time, I wasn't acknowledged at all.

For dine-in, the service was very poor — staff didn’t seem attentive, and the overall experience felt unorganized. It took much longer than expected to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t served properly.
For delivery, it was even worse. The order took too long just to be confirmed, and after waiting, it ended up being canceled. That’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’re relying on them for a meal.
