Hotel Sogo - Yabut — Hotel in Makati

the staff are nice and polite.. ch Mae was helpful, T.o Rea was helpful enough to make sure that we are comfortable upon staying. but we were not sure what we expect on room so we requested to see the room first before booking due to bad experience with the expectations of room from web post to reality and we got permitted by the branch manager michael who is very friendly and polite which is rare to see a branch manager on site helping his staff to accommodate costumers and accompanied by R's mark showing us the room and asking if we are satisfied and yes we are satisfied. foods and drinks was also a plus specially less time to wait and serve right...

very accomodating and highly trained staff, rooms are clean and organized. They could really have 5 stars. But for a regular customer like me who check-in not less than 10times a month. may it for short time but mostly I stayed 2-3days straight. My constant observation is that when requesting for free bucket of ice and water, it takes a very long time and you need to constantly follow up your request or else it wont be delivered to you until you checkout. It always happens to me every time I check in here. :)

but overall, it is really a nice place to stay while you are in Metro. Hi to all the staff here...

My parents checked in at Hotel Sogo since we are from province of Nueva Ecija pa. We have errands here in Manila to fix their SSS, instead of going back and forth, to save time and expenses din of travel, we chose to stay here. We became their regular guests and staff became familiar of us. But their Manager went beyond and even gave her personal contact info so she could assist us further with our needs. We are not too familiar here in the city and what she did serves a lot. Kudos...
