Today, at 2PM, I had my maid take my 9 Month old Maltipoo puppy to your Rockwell grooming salon for his grooming.

My instructions via text were specific. To cut half the length of the body hair. Then your staff sent a message saying that the tangled furs cannot be fixed and recommended a summer cut. I called to say to just cut the tangled areas. But your staff said that he would look ugly.

Until I said you can cut but not too much. (Wag sagad)

Then my dog came back looking like a Chihuahua or even worse. My dog looked so pitiful and unhealthy with the cut. Some parts were even shaved badly that it irritated his delicate skin. A portion of his private parts are reddish and he kept licking it.

What the groomer did to my puppy is horribly wrong and I did not consent to it.

Now I need to be extra careful everytime I pet and play with him. Now I need to place topical medicine to help with the irritations on his skin.

I took my puppy there to make him look nicer, not to make him look ugly and endanger his skin.

Customer service is the worst! They will cancel the booking without even asking the details. The “manager” Aireen is so bastos and no customer service at all! She even lied that the owner is out of the country! When I told them I will drop by their location, she handed over the phone to the “owner “ Gisel! I asked “Gisel” I thought she is out of the country she told me that It was her sister, so the staff was lying the whole time when they told me that the owner is not available. Even the owner is sarcastic and bastos! No wonder why her staff has the guts to have bas customer service, it was inherited from her. Been hearing bas reviews with Clean Paws, and I just proved it now!...

I got my cat a “full groom” here. Supposedly complete with nail clipping, hair cut, shampoo, ear cleaning and tooth brush. But when I got my cat had an ugly cut, some nails weren’t clipped. Tear stains. Ears weren’t cleaned and no tooth brush. She smelled like perfume but her paws were still yellow. And they cost more than most, which at that time I thought would get me good service. They said cats cost more because they are hard to groom, I saw that my cat was very submissive . I would check from time to time but the front desk did not like it. I do not mind that it looked old, but the service is just as bad. I do not recommend this place. They obviously don’t care...
