I just tried and checked the newly renovated place, i was asked to buy takeaway food for my sister's merienda, since I'm still full of my previous meal i have no plan to buy something for me, and for me to come home early, i just ordered a jolly hotdog meal which by the way they forgot to give me the drink, since i was in a hurry i forgot to check my order, i also ordered peach mango pie and sundaes, all of these are easy takeout food. But I've waited for 30minutes and even the customers who ordered after me got theirs ahead of me, that's when i asked the male manager about my order, after i asked for a follow up in one of their cashier, but the manager said "inuna pa po un iba, madami po orders" Asan ba ito, ah anjan na, anjan na pla eh", then he went farther instead of pacifying me he kept himself busy frying at the fries station. But then i still waited for several minutes until i asked the cashier again about my order, and he turned to me and glared no sign of empathy, not even listening to my point that i only ordered a very fast product to serve. I should know ive worked exactly at that store when i was 18, gone are the days that the manager is very empathetic and deals with problems such as this with utmost respect and apologetic manner. I'm not mad at the crew, the female manager apologized when i finally got my order and I highly appreciated that. I am mad with their system, this isn't the standard of Jollibee, crew are just following orders from their head. Don't experiment on how to run a store, this is a franchise store, that gives a bad impression to us customers that u serve differently. 90's store ito for pete sake and i am in my 50th year in Guadalupe, i know there is something wrong with their system, ibalik nyo sa dati, if i see tita cora i will tell this to her, and sorry mula ngayon Jollibee Sunga na lng ako sa burgos.
And to that male manager if u want we can fist fight outside than rolling your eyes on me...
Read morei don't think I've ever seen a branch as disorganized and as bad as this one. I was ordering burger steaks, chicken w/spaghetti and then some extra rice. The person at the counter who took my order (which I assume was the manager) kept on saying their "burger" and spaghetti were unavailable so I assumed they still have Burger steaks. So I repeated my orders but then he kept on saying "burger" is unavailable. I was so confused and tried to clarify to him that burger steaks are still available but then he left me hanging and did other's order right in front of me?!??!! So what does that make of him??? And then I calmly justtold him to replace burger steaks with chicken. He should've repeated my orders but that employee let me read it on their screen (which I can't see bcs of my poor eyesight) so I just okay. Fast forward and my orders came. Where's the extra rice?? where are the spoon and fork? The other plates have one but the other two didn't have. So my father was forced to go get them. They didn't also provide tissues. This is so absurd. What's funny is that this isn't the first time I've experienced this bcz this branch is the closest to my place. I understand there were so many people lining up for orders but that doesn't excuse the fact that their service is the worst, their attitude towards their...
