I booked this online using two different booking websites. The rooms looked very nice from the photos but once you check in the room looks nothing like what you were expecting. As with these Zen rooms properties they seem to be seriously lacking amenities in the rooms for example what use is a kettle with no cups or teaspoons to make tea or coffee ? The hotel is not in a bad location. There is a Jolibee, small street market selling different food, a small ayce buffet restaurant for only 218 peso, street BBQ and a 7-eleven. This Zen rooms actually filled the soap dispensers so I guess this was one good thing. As for the bed it states that it is a queen bed but it seems more like a small double. Air-con seems to work well and is quiet. For the price this place is not too bad but very basic. I do feel let down that the booking websites are falsely showing rooms that are not what you actually get. I have added photos of the booking page photos and our actual room we got. On the listing it also said room with a view. We had a blackened out window.
