Bonifacio High Street Cinemas — Attraction in Taguig

For my experience today,am giving it a no star.

Be prepared:always be prepared before you come here, wawa ka if you don't know to plan like us.😑😑

I am VERY unhappy with the customer service here!..or their system whatever...me and my friends came,thinking the movie would start at 9:40,not knowing it would be at 9:20.sorry with the lack of research but that's not the point. we were there,reached the cashier at 9:24 and ordered the movie..she gave us the tickets,NO HESITATION,NO SECOND THOUGHTS,each of us paid,swiped our cards then at 9:25,when payment for all is complete, then she remembered,"the movie has started,its 9:20"; me: "It started 9:20?";her: "no,approximately 9:25"..when we were inside,the movie has already started,I think it really started at 9:20...exact.yes,they're punctual..but I don'tlike watching a movie I have not witnessed the beginning.and I its the same with my friend,whom we have already bought her ticket but was still on her way to the cinema...she did not want to start at 9:40 and miss the 20 minutes beg.of the story... so she asked if the ticket can be used at some other date,which is,"No."...so she was given a different schedule,downgraded from 4D,but at least starts at later time....

We are not very happy,because we were not given the option to decide and choose whether to watch or not,the movie has already started,but we were not told,not until we have paid a nonefundable/un-undoable contract.

Result is:very unsatisfied,very unhappy that i missed the beg of the story,very unhappy that our friend did not watch with us...if only,we were told earlier ...sana naman kasi,nainform naman kami....😖😖..

We will have to comfort ourselves after this supposed entertainment..😭😭

Okay...so this place is not for walk ins or for unorganized people,so not for the likes of us...😑😑😑...

Its only for people who carefully plans,because their customer service will not help you..they trust you so much because,I will say it again,they are meant only for very organized and carefully planning customers.

Do not dare come here without careful planning..and without that very happy and positive and organized side...

I recently visited the BGC High Street cinema, and I have to say, I was blown away by the overall cinema experience. From the moment I entered the cinema, I was impressed by the modern and sleek design. The cinema had a spacious lobby with plenty of seating with a clean and well-maintained appearance.

One of the standout features of this cinema was the wide selection of foods available from external restaurants. This meant that in addition to traditional cinema snacks, there were also more substantial meal options available. The quality of the food was impressive, and it was great to have such a variety of options to choose from.

Another great feature of the BGC High Street cinema was the lazy boy seating (offered in Cinema 1). The seats were incredibly comfortable, and it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax while watching the movie..

However, I did notice that the surround sound was not up to par. While the sound quality was decent, it wasn't as immersive as I had hoped. This was a bit disappointing, especially during action-packed scenes where the sound really adds to the overall experience.

By far the WORST cinema in BGC. Even worse than Market Market and that says A LOT. At least Market-Market had renovations, this is a poorly-maintained cinema. You can see dirt on the screen which can ruin your experience specifically for Cinema 2. The last time I went, we paid for Lazy boy seats in cinema 1 where people were sitting on our seats to which the security did NOTHING about because they were too scared to tell the people occupying our seats that they were in the wrong ones. To make matters worse, those people that took our seats left their seats because it was broken/not working lazy boy, so we were forced to sit in broken seats. There were also people taking videos of movies on separate occasions where security did nothing about as well, which is ironic because they play an anti-piracy ad right before the movie shows.

If you want to watch a movie in BGC better in Uptown, SM Aura, or even Market Market, its just not worth the price even if its cheap. This poorly-maintained cinema that has no security puts...
