Casa Manila is a charming restaurant that brings a slice of the Philippines to wherever it is located. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, reflecting traditional Filipino décor and hospitality. The interiors are thoughtfully designed to give a cozy, home-like feeling with elements reminiscent of a classic Filipino house, complete with wooden furniture, traditional artifacts, and vibrant textiles.

The menu at Casa Manila is a delightful journey through Filipino cuisine. It features a wide array of dishes that showcase the rich and diverse flavors of the Philippines. Popular choices include Adobo, a savory dish of marinated meat; Sinigang, a tangy tamarind soup; and Lechon Kawali, crispy fried pork belly. Each dish is prepared with authentic ingredients and traditional cooking methods, ensuring a genuine taste of the Philippines.

What sets Casa Manila apart is its commitment to authenticity and quality. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are bold and true to the roots of Filipino cooking. The portion sizes are generous, offering great value for money. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making you feel like part of the family.

Additionally, Casa Manila often hosts cultural events and live performances, enhancing the dining experience with a dose of Filipino culture. This adds an extra layer of enjoyment and makes it an excellent spot for both regular meals and special occasions.

In summary, Casa Manila excels in offering a delightful and authentic Filipino dining experience. Its delicious food, warm ambiance, and excellent service make it a standout choice for anyone looking to explore the rich culinary heritage of the...

Casa Manila was one of the first stops during our long walking day through Intramuros, and it ended up being one of the highlights. The moment you enter, you’re transported to another era—everything from the arched stone passageways to the old-world courtyard and period furniture captures a piece of Spanish colonial life in the Philippines.

The central courtyard is beautifully maintained, complete with a fountain, lush plants, and heritage-style tables and chairs scattered around. It feels like stepping onto a movie set. There’s also a charming cafe onsite with shaded outdoor seating under a large umbrella, tucked under the old stone archways. A perfect spot to sit and cool down after exploring the area.

What really stood out was how well-preserved everything is. The stonework, iron lanterns, and wooden balconies are incredibly detailed and make for great photos from every angle—especially from the second floor looking down over the courtyard. There’s even a bamboo bike station that adds a touch of eco-conscious charm.

It’s a peaceful pocket of history that’s easy to miss if you rush through Intramuros. Highly recommend stopping here for a breather and a deeper look into Manila’s...

5/5 Stars "I recently had the pleasure of attending a wedding reception at [Event Place] and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and beautiful venue!

The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, and the decorations were stunning. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening, and the outdoor spaces were beautifully landscaped.

I was particularly impressed with the event coordinator, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the event.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more parking options, as the lot did fill up quickly. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellence of the venue.

Overall, I would highly recommend [Event Place] for any event! The combination of beautiful spaces, exceptional service, and attention to detail makes it the perfect choice for weddings, receptions, and...

My favorite attraction among those that we visited in the Intramuros. It’s not very big, but really well-curated and the artifacts/furniture are preserved nicely. I like that the place does not take an extreme approach to security. You have to walk on the red carpet only, but displays are not kept in glass cases or plastered with No touching sign, which makes the experience more immersive imo. The museum staff were really nice and showed passion for their job. Ticket pricing is affordable. Note: The staircase leading up to the museum is right by the main entrance, but you have to walk a bit further inside to purchase tickets. The area around and past the fountain is not part of the museum but restaurants and shops. We made a mistake and spent 10 mins walking around wondering why the museum is so full of commercial shops lol.

Casa Manila was built in the Spanish colonial period style. It is a museum that aims to showcase the typical Filipino home, albeit a rich family's home, during the time when the Philippines was a territory of Spain. It has three floors and is a self guided tour. You can take pictures but without flash, but video recording and touching of the displays are strictly prohibited. At every floor, you get a chance to see how a guest room, bedroom, kitchen, and even the toilet looked like many hundreds of years in the past. The inside of the museum and its vicinity definitely takes you back into the past. There is a small entrance fee, about 75 pesos, which is not much considering the experience and knowledge you will get from a visit here. It is highly recommended to take a tour of this museum and enjoy a trip down history lane.
