Very classy place in the tourist part of the city - nice restaurant with very good food on offer.

I ordered a starter - a mushroom soup - that was very tasty - a good start. A vegetable dish, some rice, some spaghetti dish and a local dish - a pork adobo - Dishes were good, nice portions, and well presented - and of course - all tasted very nice. Good food, great!

Got an Engkanto beer - a very delicious local craft beer I enjoyed while I was in Manila - had a honey IPA - excellent. Also had a few regular beers.

Service was excellent and friendly, vibe in the place was quiet but relaxing and the décor was spot on - classy.

And the bill for our big dinner with beers was a very reasonable - under 35 Euros - excellent value for what we got.

Really pleased to have ate here - not always so easy to get good food, great beers and a restaurant that knows what it is...

I ordered the Lengua Truffle and Callos a la Madrileña — both were delicious, and I would’ve loved to try more from their menu 😋. The carbonated lechee soda was a pleasant surprise — I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did 🥤✨. That said, the side dishes could use some improvement. The vegetables were raw and lacked flavor, a touch of salt and a bit more cooking would make a big difference 🥦 🥕 . The white rice was unfortunately hard in the middle 🍚. Normally, I’d mention it to the staff, but since I was already full, I let it pass. Still, I tend to judge restaurants by how they handle the basics.

A hidden gem inside Intramuros.. It's very cozy, inviting and elegant. The food was amazing! Spanish-Filipino dishes.. All day breakfast, ala carte orders, coffee, cocktails, even fine dining experience and many more! Tapang Usa is so delicious plus the Pasta. The flavors work so well together. The interior is stunning with a retro inspired ambiance. Every corner is instagrammable. The staff are polite and attentive.
