Not so affordable anymore compared to a few years ago prices. You have to really make an effort to sweep every store/stall and ask for the most cheap ones to make a good deal. Sometimes, it's cheaper on the night market but most of the time, it's cheaper when you go shopping inside the malls (999, 168 or tutuban mall). It depends what time you'll get there. I highly recomment to try the malls first. Night market should have longer hours or at least be still open by 5am or 2am. The food there along the stalls offer my favorite foods (cheese sticks and siomai) the drinks they offer are good too. Well as what I'm seeing and I haven't encounter any disease after eating there. You will also have the chance to try their mango graham shakes and avocado shakes. It's a must try if you love mangoes and avocados. Also, there are burger stalls there, shawarma and many more. One con that I noticed si when you arrive there by 11pm, there are so many trash on the ground. Plastics everywhere so the place is a bit smelly. Please bring your own ecobags to help this place reduce plastics. My boyfriend and I always bring our big bags so that we can just put the stuff we buy...

It's been decades since the last time I've been here so most likely there has been a lot of development to the place. It could get better. Although I was disappointed in their CR, i suggest don't lock the entrance if there is a person inside, if you need to close the entrance then take time to let the people inside leave first at the same time attent on the entrance and don't accept customers anymore. I was a bit annoyed when they did this to me. I almost lost my patience coz i was really in a hurry... But i have no choice. I need to walk around from the back to the front though its not that far still its...

I had the worst experience with paid parking here. You’ll be charged 70 pesos for the first 2 hours and an additional 30 pesos for exceeding even by 1 minute into the next hour. Worst of all, they seem to intentionally delay exiting vehicles to create traffic and extend parking durations. I arrived at the car park at 1:30 PM and left around 3:45 PM, but I waited in line for more than half an hour just to exit. This delay caused me to exceed the first 2-hour rate of 70 pesos, resulting in an additional 30 pesos charge, for a total of 100 pesos. It felt like a parking scam. I will never park at Tutuban Mall again. ---

Quite underwhelming, honestly. The place is not clean. Not many options as half the shops are closed, and quite frankly, most of the property is nearly deserted. Products don’t seem to be clean, but prices seemed fair , I guess. If you’re a foreigner, you probably won’t enjoy it.
