Sincerity has gotta be one of my favorite places to get Chinese fried food. It's just a hassle to go to their main branch so I'm very glad that they opened a branch here in Lucky Chinatown Mall. They serve all the Sincerity favorites like their signature Fried chicken and Kikiam. If you are a little adventurous go ahead and try their fried frog legs which is a definite must try. Sadly my wife didn't want frog legs this time. We ordered their Chicken and it was super delicious as usual! It's been awhile since I tasted their savory fried chicken and I'm glad that they kept it the same, crunchy and extra flavorful! Their Kikiam is also one of my favorites and it is another recommended thing on the menu! Just be ready because Sincerity has pretty big servings. We bought a big plate of chami which is wet pancit with big noodles and it was super delicious but we couldn't finish it. Their chowfan or Shanghai rice is also big. You wont regret their serving size. So be ready to take home some of their delicious food to go. The only thing i guess i didn't like was the gulaman. It wasn't sweet. I would recommend just getting a can of coke instead buying their gulaman. Price wise, it's very affordable for the amount of food you'll get. Overall, Sincerity is a must try place to visit if you go to Lucky Chinatown Mall. If you don't like the hassle of exploring the streets of Binondo, then head over here to try old time classics at the convenience of...
Read moreOrdered Sago Gulaman but I didn't like the taste. All i can say is that, it's not the normal Gulaman bought in Filipino resto or Philippine stores. I was not that satisfied with the taste of their steamed siomai. I think it was not pure meat. I did not also enjoy their spinach with garlic but i think it's healthy so i still ate them all. I enjoyed their yangchow rice and tempura. Though, their tempura is just like the Camaron rebosado but it was tasty paired with the sauce and the crackers. I knew Sincerity resto because of their well-known crunchy and delicious chicken but this branch's chicken isn't as crunchy as the one's bought in binondo. So based on my dissatisfaction, we'll rate 3 stars. hoping they can improve how they cook the...
Read moreCelebrated my pre-birthday lunch here spontaneously with my family, and I’m glad we picked this place among many other choices because this has easily become one of my favorite restaurants in Manila. Be mindful though that this restaurant is packed especially on a Sunday noon, and that waiting for a table can take half an hour.
We ordered soup, noodles, rice but the chicken was the star of the show! It’s well seasoned and is a mix of sweet and savory, which paired well with the Sincerity fried rice. For the huge portions, I think this is one of the few-value-for-money restaurants in Lucky Chinatown and I’m...
