If it was not about my PRC renewal, I would not go to the said mall where I got my slot... and yet, roaming and exploring Ayala Malls happened to be one of the happy experiences I had while it was still summer break. I was wrong then to compare ASEANA to BGC when it comes to commuters on a budget like me. ASEANA of Parañaque and SM MOA Complex & Bay City of Pasay are really commuter-friendly with easy mass public transport along its main roads unlike that one in Taguig. Ayala Malls have a public transport terminal where I had a free shuttle ride to Metropoint Mall (also under the Ayala management) in Pasay Taft Rotonda going either to MRT & LRT; those are air-conditioned baby buses, comfortable, and safe.
Date of visit was Monday, April 28, 2025, noontime, so expect less mallgoers around; crowds would gather in some other hours especially during weekends and holidays. The mall looks more like a larger version of its Makati Glorietta malls combined. It's compact and well-planned but some facilities are still under renovation and there are many vacant commercial areas. Lots of retail stores are found at the mall especially at the Landmark, boutiques, shops, cinemas, restaurants, other business establishments, and satellite offices for different government services such as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). There's a busy Activity Center and an outdoor park. The Sun Garden at the 5th level is an attraction not to missed as it offers a relaxing view of gardens, restaurants, coffeeshops, and a panoramic view of ASEANA.
