I did not notice at first because time to put my chips and since usually i buy in 40k, I was not surprised of this number. After 10 min I noticed and informed the floor. They checked camera for 30 minutes and find out the deal forgot to give me 10k from the stack of the oponent. The oponent had left by that time. As of now (more than 1 week ago) the casino still did not pay me back for this mistake and I'm still waiting my money. They did not reply to my last message on whatsapp. This poker room does not seem very serious. I will keep you posted if finally the casino pay me back...
