I made reservation here last April 10 for 8/10 persons, so we arrived and it was all good suddenly I didnt expect that more friends will come and show up to celebrate our birthday, since the half of our table is done to eat prior to the arrival of my 6 friends I ask the guy wearing white long sleeves if he can change the pot since its a new batch of people who will eat and then he said "hindi po pwede since one time serving lang po ang soup base" so we ask to set up new table for them he said "sige po pipila pa po kayo ulit" and then my friends who just arrived has no choice but to eat whatever pot the 1st batch use and then after a while we ask again the girl who is refilling the soup in our pot, we ask her if she can change the pot on the first table since its a new set of people who will eat and then she said okay after a sec the guy in a white sleeve showed up and the pot never change, and there is no long line for the customers outside so they just clean the 2 tables besides us and no one sit until we finish eating. Worst experience, is they approach the last batch of people and told them that time is almost done for our table. I will nver go back in this branch again 14 people it dissatisfied with the service we...
Read moreWaiting time was 20-30min on a Saturday night. I was super excited to try this hot pot! Their Signature Chicken Soup was so good! The fishball with meat were amazing (the inside is like a xiao long bao’s). All of the vegetables were fresh. We weren’t able to try out their expensive meat because we got too full from the balls we ordered. I suggest researching ahead on how to make your own hotpot sauce because the staff probably aren’t trained well enough to help you out with that.
Everything was a bit overpriced, but I guess you’re paying for the ambiance and the service…….
which would have made sense if they didn’t overcharge us?
The staff mistakenly(?) charged us twice for the soup that we chose and for the beers that they weren’t able to serve. We were charged ₱4,500 initially (for 3 people only). Their receipts are printed out with chinese characters so it can be a bit overwhelming to look through, but good thing my friend double checked our receipt so we only had to pay ₱2,500.
I would have definitely given a higher rating if the mistake of the staff wasn’t so SKETCHY!! 😖 I hope they don’t “mistakenly” over charge other...
Read moreThere were 6 of us in the group and on holiday or weekends their price is 899/person unlimited for the span of 2 hours self service and no left overs. However you all get to share the same bowl of broth in the middle so whatever variety of ingredients is placed in there, the taste would be monotonous for everyone. Their signature soup tasted ok, the spicy one was too strong makes you think you won’t eat too much. The strips of meat was few and slow to refil. This made my wife think we should never go back to hot pot or any shabu-shabu again for that matter. Their staff was accommodating that even the reception & cashier helps in clearing up tables for the next waiting customers. There is a small buffet on the side where the fried rice is located I think they need to expand on that to ad more variety of food choices to make it worth it. You’ll end up too full but...
